You can print off copies of our show entry form using this PDF file.
To qualify for the lower entry fee, please be sure your entry form (one for each entry) is postmarked by Friday, March 22, 2013. You also have the option to bring your entry form with your quilt to quilt drop off on Tuesday, April 2, and pay a higher entry fee.
We ask that all entries be made within the past two years, and be marked with your name, at a minimum, on the back. Please cover over this information with a piece of muslin or paper, fastened with safety pins.
If you elect to have your entry judged, you will receive a written evaluation of your work. All judging will be on a points system, with ribbons awarded at the judges’ discretion.
